Loveland, established in 1881, has long been known as the Sweetheart City as evidenced by its Valentine Re-mailing Program that is used by people all over the country. It is one of the the foremost art communities. Among its impressive exhibits, Benson Sculpture Park boasts 130 sculptures that attract visitors from all over the world and Chapungo Gardens at Centerra’s shopping and dining center hosts an impressive display of African sculptures.

Options for entertainment, among others, include musical concerts; theater productions; professional hockey; two world-class, 18-hole golf courses; numerous biking and walking trails; spectacular hiking at Devil’s Back Bone; and the must-do annual Corn Roast Festival.

If a short-scenic drive is more your style, you can meander along the Big Thomson River through the awesome Big Thomson Canyon through the town of Estes Park and into the Rocky Mountain National Park. Additionally, Loveland is just West of I-25 and only 46 miles North of Denver making it easy to access everything the city has to offer.
