We will provide a time-saving email service that alerts you instantly about homes that come on the market. This service is a real time-saver when you just want to see homes that meet your criteria. They are sent to a website created personally for you and are complete with photos, details, prices and addresses. At this site you are able to save homes to “Favorites”, “Maybes” or trash the ones you are not interested in. There is also a note section where you are able to make personal notes. This is updated continually to let you know when the home goes under contract, is sold or is withdrawn.
Reports and Recommendations
We will provide you with reports on surrounding home values, school ratings and detailed information about neighborhoods and communities upon request.
We will recommend well qualified mortgage lenders, title companies, home inspectors and other vendors upon request.
We will provide an in depth analysis of your unique home compared to homes on the market and make recommendations of improvements to maximize your home’s value.
